The US State Department inspector general said Blackwater worldwide may not be license by the Iraq to continue to protect American diplomats in Iraq. Also its expected that many employees of Blackwater and other contractors will leave Iraq when they lose their immunity or will as for much higher pay (16 ).

Lawrence Peter, director of the Private Security Company Association of Iraq said about the loss of immunity "We're getting ready to enter a highly ambiguous period, and the risks are going to be high,"(17 ).

Iraq will not renew Blackwater license, according to Alaa al-Taie of the Iraqi Interior Ministry who said "The operating permission for the firm Blackwater will not be renewed. Its chance is zero," and also "It is not acceptable to Iraqis and there are legal points against it, like killing Iraqis with their weapons." (18 ).

It was reported that Blackwater is operating a covert mission inside Pakistan. Its alleged that they are running US Military drone bombing campaign. Investigative journalist Jeremy Scahill said "What I learned is that for years there has been a covert operation of the US military inside Pakistan's borders ... and that Blackwater operatives are at the centre of not only the drone bombing campaign but also planning snatch-and-grab operations of high value targets." (19 ).

US Officials deny this saying There is no secret operating base in Karachi or anywhere else in Pakistan being run, occupied, or otherwise operated by US military personnel of any command or organization, according to US Embassy in Islamabad (20 ).
