Soon laws would be made to separate the Aryan and the non Aryan. " A non-Aryan is one who is descended from non-Aryan, particularly Jewish parents or grandparents. It suffices if one parent or one grandparent is non-Aryan. This obtains especially if one parent or one grandparent belonged to the Jewish faith." A law regulating peasant holdings ( September 29th, 1933) claimed that "A person is not considered as of German or cognate blood if his paternal or maternal ancestors have Jewish or coloured blood in their veins,"(2 ).

The Law for the Restoration of the Civil Service of 7 April 1933 fired all Jewish civil servants, the law was soon to be expanded to include lawyers and doctors, writers, artists, and university and high school teachers and students. By 1939 Jews were not allowed to drive cars (3 ).

In 1933 The German government gave permission for forced sterilization handicapped, and mentally ill as well as people suffering from chronic illnesses, like alcoholism. of teachers, doctors, health officials were called upon to help in this task. 400,000 sterilization were ordered by `Hereditary Courts'(4 ).

1935's Nuremburg Laws said Jews had a different blood from Germans this law also deprived them of rights. In 1939 Jews lost there citizenship all together, and Jewish children were barred from the schools they attended (5 ).

Head of the Nazi Medical profession said about the Nuremberg laws and marriage "Jail has not proved severe enough to punish Jews who commit racial disgrace. In the future, the Nuremberg laws of 1935 for protection of German blood will be applied most sternly.", The Nuremberg laws forbid sexual relations between Jews and Aryans with a "sex operation" or "protective custody" for as long as the court decides(6 ).
